Based on the present situation of the part-study and part-work program carried out in the library of Shanghai Ocean University,the author holds that the part-study and part-work program should be closely combined with the construction of the library.Through the innovation in management,the innovation in system,and the up-grade of the service quality,the library can propel the further development of part-study and part-work program,and map an important channel to raise the comprehensive quality of the college students.
