关于乡镇图书馆(室)建设的若干思考

图书馆免费开放给群众文化带来了春天,同时也给基层文化工作者提出了挑战。作为最基层的乡镇图书馆(室),在做好"为人找书"、"为书找人"的基础上,更应注重业务建设、配套服务等新问题,以适应新形势发展的需要。

The library offering free access to the public enriches the cultural life of the masses, while presents a challenge for cultural workers at the basic level. Based on ＂every book has its reader＂ and ＂every reader has his book＂, the township libraries （bookstores） of the grassroots level should focus on the new issues such as professionalism building and service facility improvement to suit the demands of the new situation.
