摘要
《混凝土坝安全监测技术规范》已发布近8年，随着一些新仪器的发展和使用，以及混凝土坝工程遇到的一些技术问题，监测技术也出现了一些新的变化。对规范正文和条文说明及其附录存在的问题，提出了几点看法。
The technical specification for concrete clam safety monitoring has been issued for nearly 8 years. With the development and use of some new instruments, and some technical problems occurred in concrete dam construction, the monitoring technology also has some changes. The paper puts out a few views for the problems of the specification text and requirement as well as its annex.
