锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞钻爆法开挖技术

摘要 高埋深产生高地应力,高地应力除引发岩体脆性变形发生局部坍塌、大面积垮塌等现象外,在完整围岩洞段易产生形式为剥落、松脱、弹射的岩爆,是岩体破坏的主要原因。本文基于锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞的爆破开挖方式及钻爆参数的不断优化,达到引水隧洞安全、快速掘进的目的。获得了高埋深、大洞径隧洞各类围岩,特别是软岩、断层破碎带、岩爆洞段的钻爆开挖经验,供类似工程参考和借鉴。 The deeply buried area can result high ground - stress. Because the high ground - stress can cause hard - brittle deformation of rock body to form a local collapsing and a large - scale collapsing and in addition, can produce rock blasting such as flake, loose and ejection in the complete surrounding rock tunnel section, so it is the main reason of rock mass failure. In the paper, the blasting excavation method and drilling and blasting parameters of Jinping - 2 hydropower project are ceaselessly optimized to realize the safety of diversion tunnel and fast drilling progress. The experience of diameter tunnel, especially drilling and blasting excavation for the various deep buried surrounding rock with large for the tunnel section with soft rock, broken fault and blasting rock, is accumulated, which can offer a reference for similar projects.
