箱子岩水电站金属结构设计布置

摘要 箱子岩水电站为贵阳院设计的首个灯泡贯流机组型式电站,金属结构设计布置针对泄水闸与厂房坝段在同一轴线特点,采用进水口拦污栅及检修闸门与泄水闸检修闸门共用启闭设备方案,布置紧凑,优化水工枢纽布置,增强工程整体美观性,最大限度发挥了闸门的使用效果,节省工程投资,为后续类似工程提供了借鉴和参考;针对尾水设置事故闸门具有双向挡水运行要求,采用双头P60-A无节型橡塑复合水封和机组与尾水两侧支承双向互为承压、限位型式,为贵阳院首次应用的成功以及后续类似工程积累了一定的工程经验。 Xiangziyan hydropower project is the first bulb tubular turbine designed by our institute. According to the characteristics that discharging water gate is on the same axis with powerhouse section, a hoisting device is designed for inlet trash rack, emergency gate, emergency gate for discharging flow gate in the metal structure layout. By this way, the hydraulic structure layout is optimized, the general project is more aesthetical, and the gate is used to the greatest advantage, so the investment is saved and offer a reference for later similar projects. According to the operating requirement of emergency gate with a two - way water - retaining in tail - water, our institute firstly uses a P60 -A double -headed rubber and plastic water seal without segments, and uses a two -way pressure bearing by supporting the both sides of generator units and tail - water. The successful application of the design layout accumulates rich experiences for later similar projects.
