摘要
以负载Al强酸性阳离子树脂为催化剂,硼酸、乙醇胺和马来酸酐为原料,在常压下合成一种含有氨基、酰胺键的新型可聚合硼酸酯.考察原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间和带水剂用量等因素对酯化反应产物产率的影响.确定最佳的合成条件:当硼酸和乙醇胺的摩尔比1∶5,带水剂苯17 mL,催化剂(732/AlCl3)用量为乙醇胺质量的7%,反应温度80℃,反应7 h后所得产物产率最高为61.7%,转化率为75.9%.同时用FT-IR1、H-NMR和MS对产物结构进行表征.
A novel polymerizable borate containing amino group and amide bond was synthesized at ordinary pressure with cation exchange resin catalyst loaded aluminum as catalyst,and boric acid,ethanolamine and maleic anhydride as raw material.The molar ratio of boric acid to ethanolamine,reaction time and amount of catalyst as well as dehydrate-agent were changed respectively to examine the effect of above factors on the yield of product.The optimal synthetic conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of boric acid to ethanolamine was 1∶5,dehydrate-agent was 17 mL,the amount of catalyst(732/AlCl3) was 7 %,the reaction temperature is 80 ℃,and the reaction time was 7 hours,the highest yield reached to 61.7 %,and the percent conversion was up to 75.9 %.At the same time,the structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and Mass.
