大型沉管隧道管节工厂化预制关键技术 被引量:20

Key Technology for Manufactory Prefabrication of Tube Elements of Large-scale Immersed Tunnels

摘要 基于大型沉管隧道的节段式管节设计施工理念,以厄勒海峡沉管隧道管节的工厂化制作为工程背景,对沉管隧道管节预制的一种新技术——工厂化预制技术的基本原理、场地布置、工艺流程以及工厂化预制所涉及的模板工艺、混凝土浇筑及管节顶推等关键技术点进行介绍。工程实践表明该方法具有占地少、经济环保、施工周期短、质量可靠性高、全天候施工等优点,能大大提高管节的制作速度与质量,降低工程成本。 The main principle,site layout,typical sequences and key technologies such as rebar installation,formwork erection,concrete casting and segment pushing of the manufactory fabrication of tube elements of immersed tunnels are presented,with the manufactory of the tube elements of Oresund immersed tunnel as an example.The construction practice shows that the mentioned technology has such advantages as small land requirement,cost saving,environment friendly,short construction cycle,high quality reliability and free of influence by the weather.
