本文对短波通信、超短波通信、流星余迹通信的原理进行了简要的介绍和分析，重点提出一种流星余迹通信、超短波偶发E层通信、短波通信相结合的新型通信系统，并对其关键技术进行了论述。

This paper gives brief introduction and analysis of the principles of shortwave communication, ultra shortwave communication and meteor trail communication, proposes a new communication system combining meteor trail communication, ultra shortwave sporadic E layer communication with shortwave communication. It also discusses the key technologies.
