摘要
针对当前气象信息业务人员紧张，保障人员工作任务繁重的现状，研发了基于SqlServer数据库的气象信息监控报警平台。本文介绍了该系统的设计思路、框架结构及数据流程，并探讨了实现过程中一些关键问题的解决方案。
