Exploration and Reflection on the Development of Circular Economy in Hunan Nonferrous Metals Industry

近年来湖南省有色金属工业发展迅猛,2008年有色金属工业总产值和主营业务收入双超千亿,2011年将双超2 000亿。伴随着湖南省有色工业的快速发展,矿业发展与环境保护的矛盾十分突出,资源保障与可持续发展的任务非常艰巨,严重制约了湖南有色金属工业进一步发展,只有通过大力发展循环经济,提高资源综合利用率、培养循环经济新型产业集群才能彻底摆脱现有矿业发展模式,走高效、循环利用的良性、可持续发展之路。

In recent years Hunan nonferrous metals industry has developed rapidly.Nonferrous industrial output and the main business income is over a hundred billion in 2008 and over two hundred billion in 2011.With the rapid development of Hunan nonferrous metals industry,mining development and environmental protection is very conspicuous,and resource protection and sustainable development is very difficult to do,which has seriously hampered the further development of Hunan nonferrous metals industry,and only by developing recycling economy,raising resources comprehensive utilization,developing circular economy of new industry clusters,get out of the existing mining development model,and take the way of the sustainable development that is efficient and recycling.
