女贞子粉及其萃取物对肥育猪肉品质和抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 试验选择健康的56日龄体重20 kg左右的杜长大三元杂交仔猪48头,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复4头猪,研究日粮中添加女贞子粉及其萃取物对肥育猪肉品质和抗氧化性能的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加1%的女贞子粉、0.1%的萃取物和0.01%的金霉素。试验从仔猪56日龄开始到150日龄90 kg左右结束。结果表明,试验组显著降低背最长肌滴水损失(P<0.05),其中萃取物组最低;女贞子粉及其萃取物组血清中T-AOC含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);女贞子粉组和萃取物组血清中MDA含量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);萃取物组血清中CAT含量显著高于金霉素组(P<0.05);各试验组心脏中SOD含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。日粮中添加女贞子粉及其萃取物可以提高血清与组织的抗氧化能力,改善部分肉品品质,且优于金霉素。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Ligustrum lucidum and its extract on meat quality and antioxidation in finishing pigs. Forty-eight 56-day-old piglets (Duroc x Landrace x Largewhite; 20 kg) were allotted to four treatments with three replications per treatment and 4 piglets per replication. The control group was fed a basal diet, and the testing groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1% Ligustrum lucidum (LL group), 0.1% Ligustrum lucidum extract (LLE group) and 0.01% chlortetracycline (CTC group). The trial period was from 56-day-old to 150-day-old. The results showed that the drip loss of the testing groups was significantly decreased (P〈0.05), and that of LLE group was the lowest; LL and LLE groups could significantly increase total antioxidant capability (T-AOC) content of serum (P〈0.05); LL and LLE groups were significantly lower than the other groups for the malondialdehyde (MDA) content of serum (P〈0.05); LLE group was significantly higher than CTC group for catalase (CAT) content (P〈0.05); testing groups were significantly higher than control group for superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of heart (P〈0.05). The diets supplemented with LL and its extract could enhance antioxidant status, so some indices of meat quality of finishing pigs were improved effectively, and the effects were better than chlortetracycline.
