促乳中草药对泌乳大鼠内分泌功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 试验主要目的是探讨促乳中草药对泌乳母鼠内分泌功能的影响。选用妊娠18 d大鼠96只,分成4组,每组24只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加1%中草药(分别为王不留行、黄芪、益母草)。母鼠分娩后当日将每窝仔鼠一律调整为8只。在3,11,22日龄屠宰母鼠取血清测定各激素水平。结果表明,与对照组相比,分别添加王不留行、益母草、黄芪处理组显著提高了泌乳中后期母鼠的泌乳量(P<0.05或P<0.01),同时显著提高泌乳中后期母鼠血清中生长激素(GH)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和催乳素(PRL)含量(P<0.05),但对雌激素和胰岛素浓度影响不显著(P>0.05)。此外,黄芪组还显著提高了泌乳中后期母鼠血清中T(3P<0.05)和T(4P<0.01)含量。 The objective of the study was to determine effects of Chinese herbs for improving milk production on serum hormone concentrations in dams during the suckling period. Ninety-six Sprague Dawley female rats at gestation day 18 were assigned to four groups randomly, with 24 rats each. Rats as the control group were offered basal diets until the end of the weaning period. Rats in the other eight groups were administered diets supplemented with 1% Vaccaria segetalis (VS), Astragalus membranacans (AM)and Leonurus heterophyllus sweet (LHS), respectively. After parturition, the litter size was culled to eight pups per dam. These results were similar with that of Expl, Dam milk yield and pup weight were significantly higher in VS, AM and LHS groups than in the control group during middle and late lactation (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Serum growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor -1 and prolactin concentrations in dams were significantly higher in the VS, AM and LHS groups than in the control group during middle and late lactation(P〈0.05) T3 and T4 were were significantly higher in AM groups than in the control group.
