关于社会和谐的思考

Contemplating on Social Harmony

建设和谐社会是我国进入新的历史时期的必然要求,它既是社会文明的体现,也是人民群众的需要。文章分析了我国目前出现一些不和谐现象的原因主要在于一些官员缺乏民本思想、职业本位意识不强以及贫富悬殊引起的社会分化等;进而提出要有效建设好和谐社会,必须树立和谐社会的理念、构筑和谐社会构建的利益协调和疏导机制、夯实和谐社会的社会基础、净化和谐社会的精神风貌。

Building a harmonious society is a necessary requirement for China＇s entering into a new historical period. It is not only a manifestation of social civilization, but also the demand of people. This paper analyzes some disharmonious phenomena mainly due to fact that some government officials lack of the people-oriented thoughts and career awareness, and the disparity of wealth caused by social differentiation in China; therefore the paper proposes that to build a harmonious society effectively, we must establish the very thought to build a harmonious society in the interests of coordination and persuasion mechanism, consolidate the social basis, and purify harmonious spirit.
