摘要
中国是筷子的发源地,是世界上以筷为食的母国。筷子是我国古代四大发明之外又一个发明。筷子是人类最具文化内涵的餐具,它是传承中华文明的载体,它折射出"箸文化"的灿烂;它是当今世界上一种独特的餐具,可堪称为中国的国粹。
China is the birthplace of chopsticks and the first country in the world to use chopsticks as the traditional eating utensils. Chopsticks are regarded as a great invention besides the Four Great Inventions in ancient China. Chopsticks, rich in cultural connotations, are carriers of the splendid "Zhu" culture. And they are unique eating utensils all over the world which represent the quintessence of Chinese culture.
