摘要
中国筷箸文化是食文化的范畴,人类三大餐具,数筷子最文明而灵活。筷子是人类最具文化内涵的餐具,它是传承中华文明的载体,它是当今世界上一种独特的餐具。筷子历来被中国人视为吉祥物,筷子具有无私奉献精神,中国筷箸文化对其他国家影响很大。专门作课题来探讨研究,旨在弘扬与传播中国的食文化。
The chopsticks are the most culturally enriched eating utensils. They are unique eating utensils carriers of the Chinese culture. Chopsticks have been regarded as auspices by Chinese people, as they are believed to possess an altruistic spirit. Chinese chopsticks culture has great influence on other countries. Therefore, this paper specializes in studying chopsticks culture to develop and disseminate Chinese food culture.
