应用xcat在PC集群上安装地震资料处理系统后遇到的问题与对策

How to solve the problem for installing seismic data producing system by using xcat in PC cluster

PC集群系统以其高性价比被广泛应用于高性能运算领域。作为免费的集群管理软件,xcat也越来越多地被采纳。本文主要介绍了使用xcat安装IBM PC集群操作系统和地震资料处理软件后对系统的各种配置指标进行全面测试时遇到的问题,并将这些问题分析归纳成两大类:集群Linux操作系统并行环境配置方面的问题;节点操作系统安装方面的问题,最后针对这些问题给出了相应的解决方法,并编写出了几个能简单解决问题的脚本文件。

Due to its high cost performance, PC cluster system is widely used for high performance computing. As a free cluster management software, xcat （Extreme Cluster Administration Toolkit） also increasingly being adopted. Thispaper described some problems while installing IBM PC cluster system with xcat and problems occurred when testing the performance as well as node operating system installation issues, then provided the corresponding solutions andintroduced some simple script files for quickly resolve.
