宋代矿冶业的人力资源管理

摘要 宋代在矿冶业方面的巨大成就既与当时技术的进步有关,也离不开宋代政府对其管理的积极变革,本文通过对宋代矿冶业人力资源管理四个方面的进步,即合理的劳动分工、完善的绩效考核、货币激励、劳役制向召募制等变革的梳理和总结,加深了对宋代矿冶业发展的理解,同时探讨了若干对现实的启迪作用。 The mining and metallurgical industry in the Song Dynasty has great achievements. The great success is because of the progress of technology at the time and inseparable from the Song Dynasty government's dramatic management change. This article is based on the Song Dynasty mining and metallurgical industry progress in four areas of human resources management, namely reasonable division of labor, perfect performance assessment, monetary incentives, change from penal servitude system to recruitment system. The discussion in this paper can deepen the understanding of the mining and metallurgical industry development in the Song Dynasty and provide some enlightenment to us today.
