基于贝叶斯网络理论的智能AGC设计

摘要 介绍了智能控制技术在电力系统稳定性发挥的作用,阐述了利用贝叶斯网络(BNS)理论设计的一种自动发电控制(AGC)系统,及其在多区域互联电力系统中的应用。对建立的贝叶斯网络模型及控制方案进行了3区域电力系统仿真验证,其结果与基于MARL法的AGC设计技术进行比较,证明了基于该方法的设计能够使互联电力系统的区域控制偏差(ACE)和频率偏差(Δf)更快地归零。 This paper introduces how intelligent control technology works in the electric power system stability, expounds the Automation Generation Control (AGC) system designed by Bayesian Networks (BNS) and its application in multi - area interconnected power system. Simulation verification of Bayesian Networks model and control plan in three area power systems is carried out and its result is compared with that of AGC design technology based on MARL. The experiment shows that Area Control Error (ACE) and Frequency Error (△f) return to zero more fast by adopting the design based on Bayesian Networks.
