摘要 针对DG-1913/25.4-II3型直流锅炉在停运期间氧气会引起潮湿的金属面产生严重氧腐蚀问题,分析了影响氧腐蚀的因素,阐述了真空干燥防腐保养方法的系统结构、操作步骤、操作注意事项,并对防腐效果进行了检验,指出该方法是大容量超临界锅炉防腐保养简单易行且经济安全的一种保养法,对锅炉防腐保养有借鉴意义。 The damp metal surface of DG- 1913/25.4 - II3 supercritical once -through boiler, is seriously corroded by oxygen entering into the boiler during shutdown. Aiming at the above problem, this paper analyzes the factors influencing oxygen corrosion and introduces the structure, operation structure and cautions of the vacuum drying method, of which the effect of corrosion prevention is tested. The paper also points out that this method, which is simple and economic, provides references for boiler corrosion prevention.
