摘要 针对S频段PCM/FM体制具有高速串行数字信号测量能力的常规遥测系统无法适应榴弹全装药条件下发射的高动态环境,将无线电常规遥测系统中抗过载能力差的晶体振荡器用硅振荡器替代。硅振荡器适应电源电压范围1.7~5.5V,覆盖晶体振荡器的3.3V或5V,并且输入输出端口完全兼容,因而直接替换而无需改变电路,并降低了功耗。试验表明:该遥测系统能够经受122mm、155mm口径榴弹全装药条件下发射的高动态环境,成功实现了对弹道修正引信模拟信号和数据总线信号的多路遥测,为弹道修正引信等信息化弹药的发展提供可靠的工程化试验手段。 Aiming at the problem that the conventional telemetry system based on S-band PCM/FM with high-speed serial digital signal measurement capability could not adapt to the high dynamic environment of firing full-charged grenade,the crystal oscillators of poor anti-overload capacity was replaced by the silicon oscillators which could adapt the supply voltage range from 1.7 V to 5 V.Because of the input and output ports of silicon oscillators were completely compatible,the crystal oscillators could be replaced without alteration of the circuitry,and the power consumption was lowered.The experimental results indicated that this telemetry system could undergo the high dynamic environment of firing full-charged 122 mm and 155 mm grenade.It realized the multi-channel telemetry of the analog signals of course correction fuze and data bus signals successfully,and also provided a reliable engineering testing method for small guided weapons such as course correction fuze.
