中国古代“重农抑商”政策再析——以西汉为例

Re-analysis of Ancient China's Policy of "stressing agriculture and restraining commerce" policy——A Case Study of West Han Dynasty

对我国古代的"重农抑商"政策不能简单地概而论之为重商或抑商,对于古代商业政策的研究,应将其置于其所产生的时代,具体问题具体分析。此外,需要明确的是:我国古代的商业依其性质有官营商业和私营商业两部分,"抑商"究竟是抑制官营商业还是抑制私营商业这才是讨论的焦点。西汉王朝对其经济发展的不同阶段采取了不同的商业政策。因此,对"重农抑商"政策的研究绝不能脱离当时的社会经济情况,惟此才能对"重农抑商"政策有一个比较客观和全面的认识。

In ancient China the policy of ＂stressing agriculture and restraining commerce＂ cannot be simply summed up to business or do not attach importance to business.For the ancient commercial policy research,put it in the times,concrete analysis of concrete problems.In addition,to be clear,according to its nature,ancient China＇s business is divided into government-run commercial and private business in two parts.＂Curb business＂ policy focus is inhibition of official business or inhibition of private business.The different stages of economic development in Western Han Dynasty the government commercial policy orientation is different.Therefore,the ＂stressing agriculture and restraining commerce＂ policy research must not be divorced from the socio-economic situation at that time,so it can arrive at a more objective and comprehensive understanding.
