摘要
弹性考核以高密度灵活提问式的平时成绩考核取代单纯点名考勤,迫使学生"在思想上出勤",同时使教师得以随时获得教学反馈信息并根据学生掌握教学内容的程度及时调整教学内容和方法,从而使成绩考核发挥促进教学质量提高的作用。弹性考核将平时成绩设置成弹性可变的,注重保护学生的学习兴趣,激励学生纠正自身学习习惯,培养自主学习能力,为高校提高素质教育水平提供可行性思路。
The elastic evaluation using the high-frequency and flexible questions instead of checking attendance compels students to actively attend the class.Meanwhile,the teacher can obtain the teaching feedback from time to time and adjust the teaching according to students understanding,thus promoting the teaching quality.The elastic evaluation can help stimulate students learning interest,cultivate their spontaneity in learning,offering feasible approaches to enhance the quality education.
