电气信息类大学生创业能力培养模式探索

Exploration of the cultivation pattern of the starting undertakings of students of electric and information engineering

结合当今我国教育状况与前景,为了消除当前高校大学生"就业创业难"和企业"人才荒"并存的怪现象,论述了高校发展和完善大学生创业教育是非常必要的和紧迫的。提出了依据当前高校开展大学生创业能力培养的实际状况,从教育理念的转变,以及对大学生的创业能力重视的变化,来建立和完善创业教育的课程体系,进而构建高素质专兼职动态发展的创业教育师资队伍,将大学生创业能力的培养嵌入到大学教育中各个环节,积极开展实践动手活动和创业实践基地建设,对营造良好的创业能力培养氛围等方面进行了人才培养模式的全方位研究;为探索高校大学生创业能力培养的新模式提供试验田。

Based on the current situation and prospect of the education in China and to eliminate the co-existent odd phenomena of college students＇ ＂difficulty in starting an undertaking＂ and enterprises＇ ＂famine of talents＂,this paper expounds the necessity and urgency of the development and perfection of the education of students＇ starting of undertakings in colleges and universities.The paper,from the aspects of transforming education concepts and of valuing college students＇ capabilities of starting undertakings,proposes to construct and perfect the course system of enterprise-starting education and to construct high-quality professional and part-time staff of education of undertakings starting which are dynamically developing.Such staff are intended to integrate the cultivation of students＇ capability of starting undertaking into every link of college education and to actively implement the practical activities and construct the base of undertaking-starting practice to construct a better atmosphere of cultivating college students＇ such capability.
