对我国高职教育层次与类型问题论争的反思

Reflection on Argument about Level and Type Problems in Chinese Higher Vocational Education

从上世纪90年代中期开始,教育界从不同立场出发,围绕"我国高职教育是属于高等教育的专科层次还是属于一种新的高等教育类型"这个问题的争论至今没有停止,争论的实质是我国高职教育应该如何改革和发展,即高职教育发展观问题。文章从国家发展战略和学生利益角度对这一论争进行了反思。

From the beginning of the mid-1990s,education circles in different positions have been arguing on the problem that ＂Is Chinese higher vocational education a professional level or is it a new type of higher education？＂ The essence of this argument is the reform and development of Chinese higher vocational education,which is the development concept of higher vocational education.The paper reflects on the argument from the perspective of the national development strategies and students’ interest.
