摘要
高职院校中部分管理干部存在"庸懒散"现象,这种现象的产生既有管理干部自身的原因,也有历史原因,但更主要还是体制机制方面的原因。高职院校应通过科学设岗、合理分工、明确职责、建立健全激励和约束机制等举措,从体制机制上根治干部"庸懒散"。
The "languid,lazy and indolent" phenomenon which exists in some cadres of higher vocational colleges is caused by not only the cadres themselves but also some historical factors.However,the main cause lies in the system and mechanism.So higher vocational colleges should set up positions in scientific methods,distribute the work reasonably,define their responsibilies,establish and improve the incentive and restraint mechanism and other initiatives in order to eradicate the "languid,lazy and indolent" cadres fundamentally.
