农民政治行为的现代化是建设社会主义新农村的政治保障,但现阶段由于经济条件的弱势、民主制度不够完善、政治意识薄弱和乡村法制不够健全等因素的制约,我国广大农民普遍存在着政治行为滞后的现象。因此,加强农民政治行为的现代化建设,促进农民政治行为民主化、科学化、规范化,是实现乡村政治文明和建设社会主义新农村的一个紧迫任务。

Farmers＂ modernization of political behavior is the political guarantee to construct a new socialist countryside. But at the present stage, the political behavior lags as a result of the limitation of economic development, poor political consciousness, and imperfect democratic and legal system. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the construction of farmers＂ modernization of political behavior, and promote it to form democratic, scientific and standardized political behavior. Only in this way can we realize the political civilization of countryside and construct a new socialist countryside.
