摘要
本文针对原油长输系统流量调节过程中机泵能耗高的现状,在原油长输机泵上研究应用磁力耦合技术,成功实施永磁调速驱动器技术改造,同时具备耦合驱动与调速功能,提高了原油输送系统整体运行的安全性与效率,为该技术的推广应用、拓展节能创效的空间奠定了基础。
To the situation of high energy consumption of machine pump in the flow regulation process of long distance oil system,the article researches on the application of the magnetic coupling technology in long distance oil pump and successfully implements the technique reform on the permanent magnet speed drives,which made the machine pump has both coupling drive and speed control function.The technology can improve the operation safety and efficiency of crude oil transportation system,and lay the foundation for its popularization and application,the development of energy saving and expanding space
