According to characteristics of high speed and efficiency of information technology,the article proposes a new mode of information dissemination.The messaging platform designed by ＂Messaging platform based on meticulous management ＂ group primarily provides messaging functions of each subsystem of university sophisticated management platform,and also supply the connection between home and school,the meeting notice,information query and also emergency announcement.The message platform can make the work more efficiency and reduce work cost.
