新疆高职院校商务英语专业就业对策分析

近年来,新疆许多高职院校开设了商务英语专业,招生形势较为稳定,但就业问题却不断出现。通过问卷调查的形式,分析本专业学生的就业状况以及学生的就业理念,指出必须从实际出发调整高职院校商务英语专业的人才培养定位和正确引导毕业生的就业观,以提高就业满意度和成功率。

In recent years,because of geographical advantages and economic development needs,more and more vocational colleges have business English majors,and the enrollment situation is more stable.However,potential employment problem is also obvious.Through the questionnaire to analyze the status of employment of the students,and the concept of student employment,It is necessary to adjust higher vocational colleges from the reality of business English professional talent cultivation orientation and make graduates establish a correct concept of student employment,to improve their employment satisfaction and success.
