摘要
近几年来,高耗能以及高碳排放量形式的经济发展模式严重破坏了我们赖以生存的环境,自从低碳经济观念的提出,世界各国都开始注意经济发展对环境的影响,寻求低碳经济发展模式。桂林作为我国旅游综合改革试验城市,保护生态环境尤其重要,应对其经济结构进行重整和调整,将桂林建设成为一个以低碳经济的发展为模式和方向的城市,将桂林市民的理念改变成为一种全新的低碳生活理念与行为是目前工作的重心。
Inrecent years,economic development mode of high production and high carbon emissions has made serious destruction to our survival environment.Since ideas of low carbon economy were put forward,many countries in the world began to pay attention to the environment impact from economic development and seek a low carbon economy development mode.Guilin,a tourist comprehensive development of China＇s reform pilot,protecting the environment is particularly important.We should reform and adjust its economic structure and develop low carbon economy.It is necessary for Guilin citizens change into a new philosophy of life and behavior of low-carbon.
