城乡统筹发展视角下环鄱阳湖生态经济区的价格障碍分析

Research on the Price Barrier of Poyang Lake Ecology Economic Zone from the Angle of Urban and Rural Overall Development

环鄱阳湖生态经济区地域面积广、县市多,应注重建设协调机制,加强城乡统筹,落实以城带乡、以工促农的各项政策措施,充分运用价格杠杆,制定出合理的价格政策,支持基础设施和小城镇建设,使环鄱阳湖区成为江西城乡协调先行区。文章从价格在环鄱阳湖生态经济区城乡统筹发展的作用入手,分析了环鄱阳湖生态经济区在城乡统筹发展过程中存在的价格障碍,提出了解决对策。

The Poyang Lake ecology economic zone,which is broad and with many counties and cities,should pay great attention to constructing the coordinated mechanism,strengthening the city-countryside overall plan,formulating the reasonable price policy and supporting the infrastructure and small town construction so as to make itself a city-countryside coordinated advanced region in Jiangxi.This article analyzes the price function and price barriers in the city-cuntryside overall development in Poyang Lake ecology economic zone,with some countermeasures from several aspects.
