摘要
随着房地产业在我国的飞速发展,一些社会问题日益凸显,为了遏制房地产价格的非理性上涨及房地产投机活动的盛行,国家从2003年开始加强了对房地产业的宏观调控力度。文章分析了现阶段我国房地产开发面临的政策风险,并提出了开发商应对政策风险的建议。
With the rapid development of the real estate industry in our country,some social problems have become increasingly prominent.In order to curb real estate rational price and prevailing real estate speculation,our country has strengthened the macro-control to real estate industry since 2003.This paper analyzes the policy risks faced by real estate development in our country at present,and puts forward some suggestions.
