汲取《道德经》的廉政智慧 深化廉政文化建设

Drawing on the Honest-Administration Wisdom from Tao Te Ching to Promote the Honest-Administration Construction

老子的廉政思想集中体现在《道德经》里面。当前,社会处于转型时期,传统人文精神一度消弭、功利性的物质欲望不断强化、公民信仰认知系统存在偏差等现象。我们要学习和吸纳《道德经》"清心寡欲"的人生修为、"知足不辱"的处世原则、"尚俭戒奢"的生活信条、善待百姓的爱民之心等精神内核;并充分认识《道德经》的当代价值,吸取其廉政智慧来营造廉政文化信仰氛围,创新廉政文化信仰体系和培育廉政文化信仰理念。

The honest administration wisdom from Laozi has a concentrated reflection in the Tao Te Ching. Currently, in the transitional period, some phenomena about the honest administration are that the traditional humanistic spirit is ever extinguishing, the waterial desire is getting stronger and the public have a wrong way of looking at things. We should conscientiously study and absorb the spirit core of Laozi＇ s thought from the Tao Te Ching, such as the life manners with few wants and needs, the principles of being contented with one＇ s lot, the careful and frugal life style and the sense of cherishing the people, and we should have a full understanding of its wisdom of honest administration to create a nice atmosphere of honest administration culture belief, build up its innovation system and develop the idea of honest administration in the public.
