基于知识库的基因组数据整合分析

摘要 数据整合逐渐成为生物数据分析的重要方向。随着高通量技术的广泛应用,基因组序列数据大量产生,而如何充分、高效地整合这些序列数据成为了一个难题。本文从序列角度出发设计了一套新的数据整合方法:序列群富集分析(SequenceSet Enrichment Analysis,SSEA),并用实验数据探讨了其潜在的应用价值,结果显示SSEA能更好的挖掘出序列数据中的复杂生物学信息。 Data integration is becoming more and more important in biological data analysis.Due to significant advances in high throughput technologies,a large amount of DNA sequence data is available.However,there is still a lack of effective integration tools.We thus design an integration tool named Sequence Set Enrichment Analysis (SSEA).Through the assessment of a published dataset,we demonstrate its utility to better understand complex information underlying sequence data.
