关中地区水利纠纷研究综述

A Review on Water Dispute of Guanzhong Area

近代关中地区的水利事业呈破败之态,水利纠纷频繁发生,这在地方志、碑刻、文人笔记等史料中都有记载。但目前对这一时段的研究多集中在水利工程、水利建设、水利与经济的关系等传统水利史的研究上,而且侧重于常态下的水利研究,对非常态下的水利研究较少,从历史地理学的角度来探讨非常态下的水利纠纷研究还处于起步阶段。

Modern water conservancy undertaking Guanzhong area was run-down of the state,and water disputes occur frequently,which can be find in local history,inscriptions,literary notes and other historical records.But the study of this period are more concentrated in traditional water conservancy history as water conservancy project,water conservancy construction and the relationship of water conservancy and economic.But the study was more on normal state,less on non-normal state.It is still in infancy to explore the non-normal water disputes from the perspective of historical geography.
