After establishing during when the times was tough home and abroad,more importance was attached to the position of the Northwest by the Kuomingtang Government.Under this background,some important officials of the Kuomingtang Government put forward a large number of advisable views and proposals for the development of the Northwest.Moreover,they left for the Northwest to make various investigations in the Northwest provinces.In the process of this,DaiJitao preached highly about the development of the Northwest and put his remarks into practice.His thoughts and practice of developing the Northwest made a great influence on the movement of developing the Northwest for the Kuomingtang Government.
