摘要
采用等维灰色递补GM(1,1)模型建模原理,预测黄冈市第十二个五年规划GDP,年均增长率有望达到和超过预期的目标。预测结果可靠,可作为研究决策时参考的依据。
According to the grey model of equidemensional filling vacancies,we forecast the GDP of Huanggang City in the 12th Five-Year Plan.There is a hope that the annual average rate of growth of GDP will reach or exceed the intended goal.The forecast result is precise and reliable,and can be reference frame in decision-making.
