高职院校“创先争优”长效机制和创新平台建设

摘要 高职院校"创先争优"的内涵是针对高职教育、教学及管理工作的重点,争创优秀集体和个人,以这样的"创先争优"推进高职院校党建及其他工作。要实现"创先争优"对高职院校基层党建等工作的积极作用,必须建立"创先争优"的长效机制和创新平台。以人为本是高职院校"创先争优"长效机制的基础;对"先"和"优"的科学考评与激励是高职院校"创先争优"长效机制的保障;符合高职院校实际的"创先争优"活动内容、方式与途径是长效机制的主体。 The connotation of higher vocational colleges aims at the main points of higher education, teaching and management works, striving for excellent collective and individual to advance the work of Party construction and other works in higher vocational colleges. It is a must to construct the "Strive to Be Advanced and Create Excellence" long-term mechanism and innovation platform to fulfill its effect. People-oriented is the basic, the appraisal and incentive of "Be Advanced" and "excellence" is the protection, in line with actual in higher vocational college active content, ways and means is the subject of long-acting mechanism.
