试论高校党建工作的现状与创新

On the Present Situation and Innovation of the Party Construction in Colleges and Universities

为实现党的纲领和任务,党各级组织都在以自己的不同的方式进行开展各项党建工作活动。高校是开展党建工作的重要工作阵地。党建工作在确保党沿着正确发展方面、传播党的优良作风和确保党的保持先进性等方面都起着极其重要的作用。但是,随着社会发展和时代变革,当前高校党建工作与新时期要求存在着诸多不适应的地方。故此,高校依托自己的党建资源,在转变观念,提高对高校党建工作重要性认识;确定保障,加大高校党建工作投入;不断创新,提高高校党建工作质量;讲究实效,开拓高校党建工作服务领域等方面不断创新党建工作。

Party organizations at all levels are carrying out the Party construction work in their own different ways in order to achieve the program and task in our party. Colleges and universities are an important workplace for Party construction, which also plays a critical role to guarantee our party to advance in the right direction, to widespread the Party＇s fine style of work and to maintain the advanced nature of the Party. With the Development of the society and the change of time, the present situation of the Party con- struction in colleges and universities don＇t meet the requirements of the new period. So colleges and universities, based on their Party construction resources, must emancipate the mind to enhance the understanding of the significance of the Party construction work, ensure the support with increasing their input in Party construction work, innovate to boosting the quality of the Party construction work and stress practical resuits with expanding the scope of the Party construction work and innovating Party construction work constantly.
