摘要
采用勺式取样-X射线荧光光谱法测定钒铁V、Si、Al、P、Mn和S含量,通过选择合适的取样条件,选用不同生产线生产的具有含量梯度的样品,通过化学定值后绘制校准曲线,以仪器提供的基体校正方法消除吸收与增强效应。该方法测量结果准确度高,所得结果与湿法化学分析结果一致。
This paper describes the determination of V,Si Al,P,Mn,S in ferrovanadium by spoon sampling X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.Through selecting suitable sampling condition,calibration curve is drawn by the calibration samples from different Production Line with content gradient of component,which are defined by other methods.The matrix correction method provided by the instruments is used to eliminate the influence of absorption and strengthening effects.The accuracy and precision of this method are acceptable,and the results are comparable to those obtained by wet chemical method.
