摘要
研究电流变变速器中的盘式离合器的电流变液特性,转盘间的传递扭矩和离合器的动态特性,以及各参数对离合器性能的影响。实验表明,在盘式离合器结构参数一定的情况下,其传动性能与电场强度和转速差有关,通过提高电场强度及增大转速差可提高其传递扭矩。
Based on the principle of ER fluids,the paper discusses the ERF characteristics of disc clutch in Electrorheological gearbox,the transmission of torque between the wheel and the clutch dynamics,and the effect of parameters on the clutch performance.Experiments show that in the plate clutch of the structural parameters under certain circumstances,the electric field strength and speed difference impact of the transmission performance,by increasing the electric field strength and increases,the speed difference can increase its transmission torque,this result is consistent with the theoretical analysis.
