NS stereo composite trays of tilt strip（NS SCTTS） is a new kind of stereo trays with larger throughput and high efficiency.This technology is an improvement of the New VST technology according to its flow structure,combining the cocurrent injection structure and structured packing effectively.Not only the structures,operation principle and characters were introduced in the passage but also its application on renovation of ethylene oxide refining tower in Maoming Sinopec and Dongfang Sinopec was described.Its industrial application implied that with NS SCTTS the production and separation efficiency can be improved significantly.Obviously it is the best choice for industrial renovation and energy saving.Additionally the potential application of this technology has a splendid future.
