Designing & Process Optimization of the Punching Mould of Inner/Outer Scraping Blade on Conveyor

为了提高输送机内、外链板孔的加工精度及加工效率,该文设计了一套新型链板冲孔模具,可以准确、高效地加工输送机链板内孔,确保了产品质量。

In order to increase the Machining accuracy and efficiency of the inner/outer scraping blade on conveyor, one new designed punching mould was introduced in this paper. It improved the accuracy and efficiency of punching the inner hole of the scraping blade, insured the product quality.
