均压罐应用的可行性分析

摘要 目前国内供热系统普遍采用安装混水泵或表面式换热器的方法来改善水力失调、增加系统的水力稳定性,投资和运行成本很高。对此引进了一种新型的压力和流量平衡设备——均压罐,详细描述了均压罐的结构特点及优缺点,并综合分析其在大型集中供热系统中应用时技术上的可行性和经济上的合理性。在供热系统运行中,均压罐可自主调节管网流量,使一级管网与二级管网流量合理分配,提高热网水力稳定性,满足不同用户热需求,真正达到了热量按需定量分配到热用户的目的,不仅实现了供热系统最大程度节能,还有效降低了投资、运行费用,避免了人力、物力和财力浪费,适合应用在集中供热按户计量系统中,值得推广应用。 Mixing pump and surface type heat exchanger has been installed to heat-supply system to improve hydraulic maladjustment and increased the system' hydraulic stability now,the investment and operating costs of which is high.So a new pressure and flux balancer-decoupling cylinder is introduced,the structure characteristic and advantages and disadvantages of it is described in detail,and its large central heating system application technical feasibility and rationality of economic is analyzed.In the heating system operation,decoupling cylinder can regulate pipeline flow itself,it can distribute primary pipe network flow and secondary pipe network flow reasonably,improve the hydraulic stability,to meet different thermal requirements.So that heat can be distributed to users according to their requirements,thus not only achieving maximum energy-saving of the heating system,but also reducing investment and running costs effectively,avoiding the waste of manpower,materials resources and financial resources.So it is ideal for the applications in the centralized heat-supply household metering system,worthy of promotion and application.
