老年原发性高血压患者晨峰现象与靶器官损害的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压患者晨峰现象(MBPS)对靶器官功能损害的相关性。方法 110例原发性高血压患者根据24 h动态血压监测分为MBPS组和非MBPS组,检查血脂、空腹血糖、肌酐、尿微量白蛋白(MAU);计算体重指数(BMI)、左室质量指数(LVMI);采用彩色多普勒显像仪测定颈总动脉内膜中层厚度。结果 MBPS组的24 h、白昼、夜间平均收缩压、平均收缩压晨峰、左室质量指数(LVMI)、颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、尿微量白蛋白(MAU)均显著高于非MBPS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MBPS组血压晨峰与LVMI、IMT、MAU呈正相关。结论老年高血压患者晨峰现象加重靶器官损害。 Objective To investigate the association between the target organ damage and essential hypertension with MBPS. Methods 110 cases randomly divided into the morning blood pressure surge group and the morning blood pressure normal group according to 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring profiles. Blood fat, fasting plasma glucose, creatinine and microalbuminuria (MUA) were examined. Body mass index (BMI) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were determined. The intima -media thickness of two common carotid arteries were examined by color Doppler. Results The mean systolic blood pressure in MBPS group were significantly higher than that in thenon - MBPS group at 24 hours, day and night (P 〈 0.05) ; LVMI, IMT and MAU were significantly higher than that in thenon - MBPS group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; The morning blood pressure surge was positive correlated to the LVMI, IMT and MAU essential hypertension. Conclusion The morning blood pressure surge could aggravate the target organ damage.
