早期坐站平衡训练对脑卒中后步行能力影响的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察早期坐站平衡训练对脑卒中后步行能力恢复的疗效。方法将61例脑卒中患者分为坐站平衡训练联合偏瘫肢体训练组(A组)30例、偏瘫肢体训练组(B组)31例。用临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准评估其治疗前后神经功能缺损评分变化,用Berg平衡量表判定平衡障碍程度并结合日常生活能力和步行能力治疗前后的变化。结果各组治疗后神经功能缺损评分、Berg平衡量表评分及日常生活能力和步行能力评分与治疗前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组治疗后效果优于B组(P<0.05)。结论早期坐站平衡训练联合偏瘫肢体训练可改善脑卒中患者的步行能力,在脑卒中的康复治疗中必不可少。
