摘要
在产品不出现失效的情况下,基于性能退化可靠性评估的理念对加工中心进行了机械应力仿真加载试验.用激光测试仪测量加工中心定位精度和重复定位精度的性能退化数据,对所测量的数据进行统计整理,以此作为该加工中心的性能退化特征量.利用灰色理论建立了性能退化数学模型,推算出伪失效寿命.最后利用威伯斯先验法,以最小伪失效寿命为模型特征寿命,对加工中心进行了可靠性评估.
In the product does not appear failure,we conducted the mechanical stress simulation loading test of machining center based on the concept of performance degradation reliability evaluation.The performance degradation data of the machining center ocation accuracy and reocation accuracy was measured by laser tester.The measuring data was collated,and it as be the performance degradation features quantity of the machining center.We built the performance degradation mathematical model and calculated the false failure life by using the grey theory.Finally,using the Webayes Method and as the minimum false failure life as the model features life,we carried out reliability evaluation of the machining center.
