摘要
通过控制碳化钛气相沉积试验中原材料的配比、气流速度、保温时间以及提高原料气体的纯度等工艺,在工具表面获得了较为理想的氮化钛涂层,使刀具或模具的寿命提高了3~5倍,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益.
Perfect or improved Titanium nitride coating have gained on the tools by controlling raw materials proportion,airflow rate,holding time and increasing purity of raw materials gas.The results show Titanium nitride vapor deposition is a way that strengthen metal surface layer.The life of cutting tools and molds raise 3 to 5 times according to it.Titanium nitride vapor deposition have certain economic efficiency and social efficiency is highly valued.
