摘要
围绕高校教师的教学绩效激励,论述了目标激励、待遇激励、物质激励、精神激励和民主管理激励等措施,进而指出只有上述各种方法综合交替使用,才能达到学校整体发展绩效和教师个体绩效的完美统一.
This article discusses the target incentives,remuneration incentives,material incentives,spiritual incentive and democratic management incentives and other measures around the teachers performance incentives.And then it ponits out that only the comprehensive alternate use of the above methods can achieve the whole development performance and individual teacher performance perfected and unified.
