职业资格评价规范之研究——以温州为例

The Research on the Evaluation Specifications of the Occupation Qualification——With the Case Study of Wenzhou

开展职业技能鉴定,推行职业资格证书制度,是职业资格评价的重要内容,对提高劳动者素质、培养技能型人才、促进地方经济发展具有重要意义。该研究基于分析当前温州市职业资格鉴定工作中存在的主要问题,从师资队伍的配置,科学有序的职业资格评价机制和地方特色的职业资格证书制度等角度,就如何规范技能人才职业资格评价工作提出对策建议。

Implementing the appraisal of occupational skill and the system of occupation qualification certificate is an important content of occupation qualification appraisal, which has a vital importance for the improvement of labors＇ quality, training of skilled personnel and propelling of local economy. Based on the analysis of the main problems in Wenzhou occupation qualification appraisal currently, the research puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the occupation qualification appraisal from the angles of the optimal allocation of training resources, establishment of scientific occupation qualification system and occupation qualification certificate system with local characteristics.
